House rules

Dear guests! Welcome to our apartments!
To make sure that your stay is pleasant, we kindly ask you to get acquainted with the Apartments Mirela house rules.

  • Check out time is 10 a.m ; check in at 14:00.
  • At arrival, every guest has to submit his / her identification document which will be returned to the guest within 24 hours.
  • The accommodation price for the whole agreed period is to be payed at the beginning of hiring period.
  • If the guest decides to leave the apartment before the agreed period has elapsed, the owner will charge the total amount for the reserved period.
  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables left at the apartment. The owner will not be held responsible for their disappearance.
  • Safety deposit box stay at guests disposal
  • Guests are responsible for their behaviour inside and around the house.
  • Please lock the door of your apartment when inside. When leaving the apartment, close the balcony door,turn off the electric appliances as well as water taps.
  • Apartments Mirela are for non-smokers only as suggested by the sign at the entrance to the apartment.
  • From 23:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. is the period of night rest. Guests are asked and obliged to behave according to night rest rules.
  • Guests are not allowed to bring any easily inflammable and explosive objects, narcotics, weapon nor any other suspicious or dangerous objects or materials into the apartment.
  • Apartments Mirela cannot be used for any purposes other than determined, nor can any activity opposite to standards of living together, morality or public order be held there within.
  • The owner has the right to enter the apartment in the absence of the guest in special circumstances i.e. when there is reason to believe that the premises or the guest are in danger or that the internal rules are being seriously violated. In this case the owner will inform the guest about the time and the reason of entering the apartment.
  • Staying or spending the night in the Apartments Mirela is not allowed to persons who are not registered as house guests.
  • At the day of his or her departure, the guest is obliged to allow the owner or staff to check the apartment in his or her presence to prove that there is no damage. In case of damage or disappearance of any piece of furniture or fittings, the guest is obliged to compensate for it.
